Currently offered: Every other Saturday, 2:00–3:15pm with Ezra Sawyer. Starts 1/17/2026.

Floorwork: Foundations for Streetdance is a physically challenging, technique-driven class that builds the strength, coordination, and confidence needed for streetdance styles, especially breaking, through structured floorwork training.

This class focuses on developing full-body strength, core stability, joint readiness, and efficient movement pathways on and off the floor. Students will explore how to safely transition down to the floor, travel while low, and return to standing with control and power. While inspired by breakdancing and other street styles, the skills taught here are valuable for dancers, athletes, and movers from many backgrounds.

Expect a workout that is intentional, demanding, and rewarding.
