Are you brand new to ballet—or even to dance in general? Don’t know your tendu from your pas de deux? If you’ve always dreamed of taking ballet or are simply curious about trying something new, Absolute Beginner Ballet at HDC is the perfect place to start.

Designed for adults with little to no dance experience, this class breaks down the fundamentals in a friendly, accessible, judgment-free environment. Whether you’ve never taken a dance class before or you’re returning after years (or decades!) away, you’ll find a comfortable pace and clear guidance to help you thrive.

Whether you’re seeking a new hobby, a fitness option that balances structure and fun, or an in-depth introduction to ballet, this beginner-friendly class provides the ideal starting point.

A welcoming, supportive introduction to classical ballet for adults.
