Lauren grew up dancing from a young age training in various styles, and developed a passion for modern and improvisation. She taught dance in Northern Virginia before coming to JMU to pursue a Bachelor's of Arts in Dance and Psychology. She currently performs with HDC as well as the Virginia Repertory Dance Company at JMU.
