Extended edition of drums and ecstatic dance!

Come for a drum circle, yoga, cacao ceremony, ecstatic dance, and a sound bath to close out the morning.

We will begin with a drum-circle 9am-10am! Some drums are provided, although please bring your sound-makers! No prior experience necessary. The circle is all about creative expression, music games, simple rhythm instruction, and harmonizing through the love of music. The 9am drum circle will continue every 3rd Saturday before dance for the fall/winter season!
