Join us for this FREE Deep Stretch class to refresh your mind and muscles. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, and/or a cushion for your knees!
The class will begin with a light pilates-based warm-up, followed by dynamic mobility exercises to condition our muscles before we hold static stretches. Modifications will be given to make this class accessible to all flexibility levels. No dance experience needed. Pay-what-you-can donation at the door is encouraged ($5-10), but no one will be turned away.
